First prepare the ingredients: fresh pork, pasta (you can also live noodles), onion (small half), garlic (two slices), one tomato, three spoons of tomato paste, a small spoon of salt, and a small spoon of sugar.

Then dice the meat, onions, garlic and tomatoes

Put the noodles into a pot of boiling water and simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes. Take them out and put them in the cold water prepared in advance. Remove them and add a few drops of olive oil (if there is no olive oil here, you can use other oil instead) to prevent the noodles from turning into a lump.

Put oil in the pan, add onion, garlic and stir-fry until fragrant first, then add diced meat and stir-fry, when the diced meat starts to change color, add the tomatoes, when the tomatoes become juicy, add tomato paste, salt, sugar and a small amount of water

Then cook over low to medium heat. When the juice is reduced and becomes thick, turn to low heat and add the noodles. Stir evenly in the pot and serve.
