Cold shredded kelp and green radish
Overview
The green radishes I bought a week ago are a bit empty. I will process them today and make pickled vegetables to eat in the morning.

Wash and peel the green radish.

Peel and slice.

Cut into shreds and cover with salt.

Pour the shredded kelp onto the shredded radish.

Soak the dried chilies in hot water.
