  1. Shred the cucumbers and carrots, slice the tomatoes and ham (I used QQ sausage) and mince the spicy cabbage, coriander and green onions

  2. Lift up the cold water and put it in the refrigerator. Add sweet, sour, salt and monosodium glutamate. Stir in soy sauce and chili noodles. Make a juice. Soak the cold noodles for half an hour. Remove and boil in boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove. Cool in cold water and mix with the cold noodles.
