Mango Cake
Overview
My colleague’s house is in Baise, and the mangoes are so long! July is the season when mangoes are ripe, so my colleague’s mother brought a lot of mangoes from her hometown and gave me a box. Super big and super sweet. There are so many mangoes that I can toss around as much as I want. Haha, I made a mango milkshake. It was delicious. I was thinking about breakfast the next day, so I decided to make a mango cake. It has a green and sweet mango aroma and is very delicious

Wash the mango skin with salt to remove residual pesticides.

Remove the mango pulp.

Use a food processor to puree the mango.

Beaten mango pulp. (Scoop a little out and add some milk to make a mango milkshake)

Add flour, sugar, and eggs and mix evenly.

Stir evenly and put it into the baking pan. Don't forget to brush a layer of oil on the bottom of the baking pan

Place in preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
