Prepare three eggs, wash and blanch a handful of spinach and rinse.

Cut spinach into sections.

Add eggs.

Add a small amount of table salt.

Add allspice.

Add oyster sauce.

Mix well.

Heat the oil in a pan and spread the egg and spinach pancakes.

When one side is cooked, flip and fry the other side.

It’s done when both sides are browned!
