Peel and shred the lettuce, and beat the eggs.

Add oil to the pot and bring to a boil, add sliced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add shredded lettuce and stir-fry for two minutes. Add salt, oil, and pepper powder. Stir-fry for about a minute for a very fresh taste.
