Overview
Sea croaker, as the name suggests, is a type of sea fish, with garlic clove meat, few spines, and delicate and delicious meat. It's delicious steamed or stewed. I baked it today and it tastes great. The whole process is wrapped in tin foil, so there is more soup. If you like it drier, you can bake it halfway and open the tin foil.
