Overview

  1. Put the egg whites, caster sugar, and water into a mixing bowl together;

  2. Place the egg beater in hot water at 50 degrees Celsius, heat the hot water, and beat the egg whites at high speed;

  3. When the temperature of the egg whites is similar to that of your hands, turn off the hot water in the egg beater and continue beating at high speed;
