Cornmeal Pizza Cake
Overview
Lately, I seem to be obsessed with cornmeal pizza cakes. A meat version, a vegetarian version, and finally a simplified version. Just use cornmeal pizza sauce, which is a lazy version, and you don’t have to bother preparing toppings. I like how the cheese looks golden when baked, so I sprinkle some shredded cheese on the surface

Prepare materials

Pour the milk and eggs into a large bowl and mix well

Add pizza sauce and mix well

Add 25 grams of mozzarella and mix well

Mix cornmeal, baking powder and baking soda and sift into the liquid

Stir until there is no dry powder

Load paper cups

Put in the oven, middle layer, heat up and down at 185 degrees, bake for 20 minutes

Take it out, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on the surface, return it to the oven, and continue to bake for about 10 minutes
