Mango egg tart

Make dessert once a week to relax ~ I have small mangoes at home, so I just brought them to try the mango-flavored egg tarts ~

Put the sugar into the milk, heat over low heat until the sugar melts, then turn off the heat and bring to room temperature. Be careful not to boil the milk.

Take the egg yolk, beat it and pour it into the cream, mix well.

Pour the whipped cream egg mixture into the milk and stir evenly.

Take the frozen tart shell out of the refrigerator and let it thaw slightly. Put the mango slices into the tart shell.

Pour in the egg tart liquid until it is about 70% full.

Preheat the oven to an upper and lower temperature of about 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Ovens are different, you can check the color at any time ~ Be careful not to get confused ~
