Sweet and sour crispy radish
Overview
White radish has the effects of lowering qi, digesting, removing diseases and moisturizing the lungs, detoxifying and promoting fluid production, and is a diuretic and laxative. Wash a white radish and cut it in half

Then cut into thin slices (don’t cut to the bottom, put a chopstick on each side for ease of operation)

Cut it in half again

Cut off every 2 cm

Add 2 tablespoons of salt and marinate for 1 hour

Pour away the marinated water

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar

Pour in light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar and mix well

Place in a crisper and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving
