Grilled Bacon Enoki Mushroom Rolls
Overview
I have eaten enoki mushroom rolls a few times and found them delicious, but they were all grilled on a baking sheet. I thought about trying to make it in the oven, but I was procrastinating and thought about it for a long time and finally made it. It tastes pretty good, but I didn’t buy enough bacon, so the taste is a bit off. I think it would taste better if it was marinated and rolled with pork belly. If you have a chance to try it, dear friends, please try it too.

Steps
-
Toss the enoki mushrooms with salt and oyster sauce. Don't cook it for too long, as the enoki mushrooms will release water, and you don't need too much salt. The bacon and oyster sauce are salty.
-
Roll the enoki mushrooms in bacon. Secure with toothpicks. How many enoki mushrooms to roll here depends on the amount of bacon and enoki mushrooms you prepare. Don’t worry if there are too many rolls, the enoki mushrooms are relatively easy to cook.
-
Bake it in the oven. Bake at 170-180 degrees Celsius for more than 10 minutes. Turn over halfway through. If you are afraid that the baking pan will be difficult to wash, put a layer of tin foil on it.
-
Duang, come out of the oven.
