Pork tenderloin with tomato sauce
Overview
Tenderloin is said to be the part with the lowest calories in pork. I happened to have some tenderloin at home, so I thought it would go well with tomato sauce!

Cut the tenderloin into strips as thick as your little finger

Marinate with light soy sauce, cooking wine and pepper for 10 minutes

Chop green onion and ginger

Add oil to the wok, dip the tenderloin in dry starch and deep-fry

When the color changes, take it out and prepare for the second frying

Fry again until golden brown

Dish out and set aside

Sauté minced onion and ginger in a wok

Add tomato paste, sugar, some water, wait until it bubbles and then add the tenderloin

Pour in the tenderloin and stir-fry a few times

Serve on a plate and eat
