Sweet and sour cucumber
Overview
As spring and summer transition, the weather is getting hotter day by day, and I don’t have much appetite for regular meals at this time. However, some fruits and vegetables began to be on the market in large quantities, and my mother bought a few cucumbers. It used to cost three or four yuan a pound, but now it only costs 1,5 to 2 yuan. I don’t like to eat raw cucumbers directly, as they taste like green vegetables, and I don’t like to eat fried cucumbers, which are soft. I like to eat cold cucumbers, which are crisp and delicious. Sometimes I make it sweet and sour, sometimes I make it spicy and sour, alternate it.

Peel the cucumber, wash and dry.

Cut into strips about 5cm long.

Add 1 tsp salt, mix well and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
