The hot summer is about to begin~ The most comfortable thing in summer is to sit on the sofa and watch TV and eat ice cream~! ! It’s quite satisfying to think about it. I have tried many ice cream recipes before, but the steps were very troublesome and I had to stir them every few hours, but the taste was never very satisfactory. I finally found this recipe from Fumiyo Kawakami. It is super simple and smooth and does not require stirring. It tastes just like takeout ice cream. It's the most reliable recipe I've ever tried. You can cook as much as you want at home~!

Prepare raw materials.

Take 2 egg yolks.

Add sugar to egg yolks.

Add 25g of water and mix, then beat with 80 degree hot water until thick and then cool with cold water.

Take another basin and weigh 180g of whipping cream.

Then whip the light cream until it reaches 9 minutes, which is when the small peaks of the egg beater droop when you lift it.

After the egg liquid has cooled, add a small amount of whipped cream and mix evenly without any lumps.

Then add all the remaining whipping cream and mix until smooth without any lumps.

Finally, pour it into a container, cover it with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
