Beat 7 eggs into egg liquid

Put the meat cut into small pieces into the manual meat grinder, and the head of the shiitake mushroom (that is, the shiitake mushroom stems. Mix one egg into minced meat, add the seasonings, stir clockwise with your hands to make a pulp, and set aside!

Pour an appropriate amount of water starch into the egg liquid and continue to beat the egg liquid.

After the electric pancake stall is preheated, use a ladle to put in an appropriate amount of egg liquid (you don’t have a large spoon at home to do this, so you can only use the electric pancake stall, so it’s not round enough). After frying until it bulges slightly, add the seasoned meat.
