【Beijing】Fried buns with chive filling
Overview
Garlic and chives are vegetables that are often stuffed in my house. I made dumplings with garlic stuffing last time. After seeing them, my friends started trying them and sent me special messages saying they tasted great. Today I made fried buns with chives. I'm afraid you can't eat this stuffing in the store, but it's delicious. If you want to try it, you can try making it yourself! Garlic and chives are always confusing to people. In fact, they look similar, but they are two different dishes. You can tell from their names that they have different origins. In addition, they can also be distinguished by their appearance. The leaves of garlic are hugged together and are relatively thin, while the leaves of leek are flat like leeks.
