After the oil is hot, add the chopped chicken giblets and stir-fry until cooked.

Add ginger and garlic slices and stir-fry.

Add vermicelli and stir-fry evenly.

Add water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.

Add scallions and cook together.

Cook until the vermicelli becomes soft and translucent.
