Wash the chicken wings, drain the water, poke a few times with scissors to add flavor, and add a little salt.

Mix thoroughly with chopsticks, pack in a crisper, and refrigerate overnight. If you don't have enough time, marinate for at least three hours.

Put it in the preheated oven, place a baking sheet lined with tin foil on the bottom layer of the oven, catch the oil residue, put it in the middle layer, turn the heat up and down, 200 degrees, and bake for ten minutes.
