Fried mashed potato pancakes
Overview
In fact, I am better at making potato pancakes. This mashed potato pie was my first time trying it, so it wasn’t perfect. But the taste is top notch. I fried it in a wok, but it would be better to use an electric baking pan and a frying pan.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Steam a potato and mash it.
-
Add milk and eggs to the mashed potatoes, and mix evenly with a whisk.
-
Add black pepper, salt, flour, and finally stir evenly.
-
Pour a little oil into the pan. I used butter. The disadvantage of butter is that it burns very easily; the advantage is that it tastes delicious. The aroma of milk overflows. Be sure to time it well. Add the mashed potatoes as soon as the butter melts, otherwise the butter will burn out.
-
After the oil is hot, use a spoon to spoon in the stirred mashed potatoes. Each scoop is enough to make one cake.
-
Fry over low heat. Flip and fry the other side. My flipping skills were really poor, so some of the pancakes fell apart. Haha. The mashed potatoes are already cooked, so turn them once.

It can be served quickly. The finished product is as shown in the picture. Can do better next time. But it tastes really good. My mother-in-law and I finished half the plate in an instant. Wahahahaha.
