Pour the homemade yogurt into the kneading tube;

Add eggs, add honey;

Add powdered ingredients (except butter);

Knead into a uniform and smooth dough;

Add butter;

Knead to expansion stage;

Ferment until 2.5 times in size;

Take out the dough and divide it into 10 equal balls, deflate and round them respectively;
