Wash the kelp shreds and cut them into sections. Boil the water and add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. Put the kelp shreds into the boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes

Remove the cooked kelp shreds and drain

Cut the garlic and ginger into puree and set aside. Pour the balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, and spicy oil into a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Let it sit for a few minutes to form a sauce

Place the drained kelp shreds on a plate, sprinkle with the prepared minced garlic and ginger, add an appropriate amount of sesame oil and peppercorn oil in the pot, heat over low heat until fragrant, turn off the heat, and pour on the kelp shreds

Finally, sprinkle with coriander and pour on the prepared sauce
