Put all the ingredients in the main dough except butter into the bread machine and knead for 20 minutes.

Knead for 30 minutes.

Ferment until doubled in size.

Take out the fermented dough, divide it into small doughs of equal size, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes.
