Remove the fascia from the chicken breast, cut into small pieces with a knife, heat oil in a pan, add the chicken and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the muscles lose color.

Pour in the carrots, potatoes and onion pieces.

Stir fry evenly.

Add a little boiling water.

Just cover the ingredients, cover and simmer over low heat for about twenty minutes.

After the chicken ingredients are simmered, add the curry cubes.

Melt the curry over medium-low heat.

Add a little salt.

Serve with rice.
