Slice the gluten dough from the supermarket and set aside.

Boil appropriate amount of water.

After opening, add the cut gluten and boil it in water for about 10 minutes.

Remove and let cool and set aside.

Take another frying pan and pour appropriate amount of salad oil.

Evenly put the soaked gluten into the frying pan.

Fry both sides until golden brown.

Add table salt.

Add cumin again.

Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Sprinkle with pepper.

If you like the color, add dark soy sauce, if you don’t like the color, you can omit this step.

Pour in appropriate amount of stock.

Boil it for a while. The broth will make the gluten more delicious. If it is not available, you can use water instead.

Just load it into a plate.
