Sweet garlic~pickled sweet and sour garlic
Overview
The sugary garlic is crunchy, sour and slightly sweet and salty! My mother loves drowning sweet garlic. Whenever there is fresh garlic season, she will pickle several buckets of it. Now, if I want to eat my mother’s garlic, I have to wait until I get home. If I want to eat it, I have to drown it myself!

Peel off the skin of fresh garlic and soak it in water overnight

Then put it into a glass jar and add sugar, salt and vinegar evenly. Leave it for 15 days and then you can eat it

Take it out and it's crunchy. A steamed bun with sugar and garlic is a complete meal! It tastes delicious😄
