Green onion hand-pulled pancakes
Overview
Hand-shredded pancakes are a type of pancake that has no internal depression and is made by repeatedly frying the dough on a pan. By adding different ingredients when kneading the dough, you can bake it into hand-shredded pancakes with different flavors. They are generally divided into three flavors: original, milk-flavored, and green onion-flavored.
