Home-cooked meals are easy to make and save time and effort. I usually scramble eggs with every dish. Now stir-fry the 3 dishes together. I think it’s quite delicious, so I’m posting it for everyone’s guidance.

  1. Crack two eggs into a bowl and mix well. Peel and slice tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.

  2. Put sunflower oil in the frying pan. When the oil is hot, fry the eggs first, then add the tomatoes, then add the onions and fry for a while. Add the cucumber, a little salt, and a little pepper. Fry for a while and it will be ready.

  3. When cooking, don’t use high heat, don’t add water, and use less salt. Basically the original flavor. Don't overcook the vegetables. The tomatoes are harder now, so they need to be sautéed a little longer.
