My husband went out of town and all the dinner he received was Pippi shrimp, which aroused my greed.

Wash the shrimps, add cooking wine and light soy sauce, mix well, and marinate for half an hour

Use scissors to open the back of Pipi shrimp

Place tin foil on the baking sheet, add the shrimps, sprinkle with black pepper, salt and pepper powder, scallions and ginger, and drizzle with oil. Vegetables can be added and roasted.
