Lemon Thyme Grilled Wings
Overview
The first time I ate this grilled wing, the taste can only be described as amazing. It was sour and not greasy at all, with a hint of lemon and thyme. The chicken wings are tender and juicy, with a slightly spicy taste. I really fell in love with this very special taste right away! If you can’t buy thyme, you don’t need to add it!

Steps
-
First prepare half an onion, a few cloves of garlic, and a few sprigs of thyme. If you really don’t have thyme, you don’t need to add it.
-
Chop the onion and garlic, add thyme leaves, salt, black pepper and 1 teaspoon dry red pepper powder and stir into a bowl.
-
Wash the chicken wings and drain them or dry them with kitchen paper towels.
-
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the chicken wings, and then gently pat each chicken wing with your hands so that the chicken wings are evenly covered with lemon juice.
-
Pour the prepared ingredients over the chicken wings. I usually marinate the chicken wings at night and refrigerate them overnight to make them more flavorful. If you don't have enough time, marinate for at least 2 hours.
-
Place tin foil on the baking sheet for easy cleaning, then place the chicken wings on the tin foil, bake at 190 degrees for about 20-25 minutes!
