Overview
One autumn rain and another cold, on a weekend with a strong autumn mood, I always want to eat something to drive away the chill. Suddenly I remembered the roasted pig's trotters that I must eat every time I go to Xidan. I caught up with the local pork activity in the supermarket and bought a knuckle and four pig's trotters to keep myself busy!

Cooked pork trotters are sprinkled with barbecue spices and cumin. You can also apply honey, chili powder and sesame seeds to suit your taste
