canned pineapple

Overview

The pineapple I bought was a bit sour, so I boiled it and made it into a sweet can.

Steps

1. 1 Cut pineapple meat into cubes.

   

2. 2 Put water in the pot, add pineapple, sugar and salt.

   

3. 3 Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

   

4. 4 Let cool and the sour pineapple becomes sweet.
