Pasta with tomato sauce and meat sauce
Overview
I haven’t made pasta for a long time. I woke up half an hour early today and made this breakfast. After eating and drinking, the child went to school calmly. The child’s father said that this is soy noodles, hehe, isn’t it!

Steps
-
Peel the tomatoes and onions and cut into pieces. Marinate the minced meat with a little cornstarch, light soy sauce, pepper, salt and other seasonings for 10 minutes. Don’t throw away the tomato skins, they will be used later.
-
Add an appropriate amount of butter to the pot, add onions and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Pour in the minced meat and continue to stir-fry until cooked.
-
Pour the fried onions into the minced meat. If you have time, roll up the tomato skin in one direction and roll it into a small flower, which can be used to place on the plate later.
-
The base oil for frying minced meat is used to fry tomatoes.
-
Stir-fry the tomatoes until the juice comes out, add the fried onion mince, add an appropriate amount of tomato sauce and stir-fry together. If the taste is bland, add a little salt and stir-fry until the sauce thickens and turn off the heat.
-
Set a pot to boil water. When the water boils, add the pasta and cook over high heat for 10 minutes. I use a deep pot to prevent the pasta from clumping together. (Boiling noodles and stir-frying meat sauce can be done at the same time to save time)
-
After the pasta is cooked, take it out, add a little olive oil and mix well, then pour the fried meat sauce over it.
-
After putting it on the plate, place the florets rolled into tomato skins on the edge of the plate. Also prepare passion fruit juice and cucumber salad. That’s it for breakfast!
