Purple Cabbage with Aged Vinegar
Overview
Purple Cabbage Salad with Aged Vinegar is a must-have appetizer for my family when dining out at a hotel. I also copied it here. The difference is that I added Huaiyan peanuts.

Prepare materials

Cut the purple cabbage into thick shreds and soak in light salt water for about 1 hour. Cut the coriander into small pieces

Take a pot and add appropriate amount of vinegar, water and brown sugar

Boil the sugar until it melts, adjust the sweetness and sourness to your liking, and let cool

Put the purple cabbage pickled in salt water into the vinegar and sugar sauce

Place in the refrigerator on ice for about 2 hours

After the purple cabbage is fragrant, take it out and add coriander sticks

Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Put the marinated ingredients together with the marinade on a plate

Sprinkle the peanuts with Huaiyan salt and serve immediately
