The ingredients for making bread dough are ready.

First, break three eggs into the basin.

Add 1/3 cup of white sugar to about 80ml of egg bowl

Beat the eggs until any shape is formed on the egg mixture and does not collapse for 4-5 seconds. Also preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla liquid to the beaten egg liquid, about 2.5ml

Pour 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour (low-gluten flour is also acceptable) into a small bowl and set aside. About 120ml

Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to the flour bowl and mix with the flour. About 2.5ml

Add the flour to the beaten egg mixture in three batches. Stir in an L-shaped direction and mix the egg liquid and flour while turning the bowl and cutting it vertically.

But it's done, now put it in the mold. (I use a non-stick mold. If it is an ordinary mold, turn the mold upside down on the oil paper, draw a circle, cut it out and put it back at the bottom of the mold, so that the cake will not stick when baked)

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-18 minutes and the bread will be ready

Things you need to prepare to make mousse.

Set the dough aside to dry while you start making the mousse. Pour 2 cups of light cream into a basin. About 480ml

Pour 1/2 cup of powdered sugar into the whipped cream bowl. About 120ml

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla liquid and prepare the whipped cream. About 5ml of vanilla liquid

Beat the cream until it is stiff and can be lifted.

Add cream cheese to the whipped cream. About 350ml. The cream cheese needs to be thawed at room temperature for a while. Then stir in the cream. After mixing, place in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Put the strawberries and blackberries into the juicer to squeeze the juice.

Prepare a small bowl and add 1/2 cup of condensed milk. About 120ml

Mix the squeezed juice, 4 tablespoons of jam and condensed milk together. The strawberries I used were too sour. I originally planned to put only two spoons of jam, but ended up adding four spoons. In this case, you can make your own decision at your own discretion:)

Mix jam and condensed milk together.

Mix together the whipped jam and the previously whipped cream cheese.

Pour 2 bags of gelatine powder into a small bowl, add 1/4 cup of water and mix. Add about 60ml of water and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Let the powder fully mix with the water.

Mix the gelatine water and the cream cheese mixed with the jam together. :) It’s almost done

Take out the cake base and cut it into two pieces. Place the first piece on the bottom of the mold first.

Pour the mixed cream cheese on the first piece of cake. Then place the second slice gently on top.

Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture into the mold. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 45 minutes-1 hour.

The cake is out! I paired it with some fresh fruit :) It looks good
