Fried prawns
Overview
Many people like to eat prawns. I used to like to cook them and enjoy the original taste. I learned a new method from others a few days ago. It is simple and tastes good, so I would like to share it with you.

Wash the shrimps, remove the shrimp whiskers and legs, and pick out the shrimp threads; chop the onions and garlic and set aside

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot, depending on the amount of ingredients, preferably a little more.

After the oil is hot, add the prawns and fry for a while until oil comes out of the prawns and the prawns turn golden brown. Remove and control the oil.

Sauté the onion and garlic in the oil used to fry the shrimp

After sautéing the onions and garlic, add bread crumbs to the pot and stir-fry. Be sure to use low heat at this time to avoid burning the bread crumbs. When the bread crumbs change color, add the fried prawns and continue to stir-fry. Try to coat the prawns with bread crumbs. Then add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper and stir-fry evenly before serving!
