Pork with olives and potatoes
Overview
I believe that many people don’t like to eat fatty meat, and my husband is a typical example, so this dish is very suitable for people who don’t like to eat fatty meat, because it is fat but not greasy! After seeing the production process of pickled vegetables, I felt that eating pickled vegetables is really unhygienic, so I modified it myself and made this braised pork with olives, vegetables and potatoes. I hope everyone will like it. The taste is no worse than braised pork with pickled vegetables!
