Use a rolling pin to roll Oreo cookies into powder

Melt butter over water

Add butter to biscuits and mix well

Place into a 6-inch cake mold and flatten with a spoon

Prepare the ingredients

Soak gelatine in ice water until soft

Stir the yogurt evenly

Melt the gelatine in the milk over water

Whip the light cream until it has texture

Pour the yogurt into the whipping cream and mix well

After the gelatine has cooled, add it to the whipping cream

Divide into 5 portions

Add your favorite color and mix evenly. I accidentally added too much purple pigment. You can use a toothpick to add pigment little by little

Pour the mousse paste into the mold from the middle, slowly pour one color vertically from the middle, and sort the 5 colors according to your preference

Refrigerate for more than 4 hours to unmold, preferably overnight
