Cut the chicken legs a few times to make them easier to eat.

Slice half of the garlic and mince half.

Marinate the chicken legs with garlic slices, garlic chili sauce, Sichuan peppercorns, dried red peppers, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and salt.

Grip all the ingredients evenly, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours.

Dip the marinated chicken legs in dry flour.
