Ingredients: lettuce (peeled, washed and sliced), eggs (beaten into a bowl), lettuce (soaked)

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine to the eggs.

Beat into egg mixture.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the sliced lettuce and soaked vegetables and stir-fry until the lettuce is broken.
