When I was in school, I would go to the canteen to buy some old bread when I was hungry, and I felt so satisfied! Now that I have learned how to do it myself, it really satisfies a lot of memories... Especially when I brush a layer of butter on the bread when it comes out of the oven, and look at the bread that suddenly becomes shiny, my mood suddenly improves

  1. To make the starter, add warm water to the yeast and stir to dissolve. Add in the low flour and the high flour with chopsticks. Do not over-stir to avoid gluten. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand in a warm place until it doubles in size

  6. Grasp the long strip with your fingers and don’t put it in the middle. (Leave some space in the middle.) Twist the twist and tuck the head into the middle

  7. After the second batch, put it into the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Decrease or increase the time according to your own oven
