Ingredients
Steps
-
Knead the flour into a slightly harder dough, let it rest for a while, and knead it into a smooth dough!
-
Cut the green peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes into thin strips (you can cut them into any thickness you like. I wash all the vegetables before making the noodles). Just cut the spinach into two pieces!
-
Add water to the pot. When the water boils, put the cut noodles into the pot and cook. When the noodles are boiled, put the spinach into the noodle pot (spinach is easy to cook, so the spinach is put in later). After the noodles are cooked, put them in cold water. (I am used to it. I am not afraid of stomachache. You can also bring cold boiled water.) Take out the noodles that have been soaked in cold water to control the water, and pour them into a larger plate (convenient to mix well)
-
Put the cut vegetables on top of the noodles, along with salt, MSG, chicken essence, fried chili pepper, minced garlic, vinegar, soy sauce (add these seasonings according to your own taste) (put them together, don't spread them apart), put another pot, pour in sesame oil (I always eat sesame oil, salad oil is also ok), and when the oil is smoking, pour it on the noodles and vegetables!
-
Mix the noodles with chopsticks and enjoy!
