Remove the packaging from the Japanese tofu and cut into sections.

Cover it with starch.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the tofu segments and fry over low heat.

Flip and fry until browned on both sides.

Remove and place on a plate.

Squeeze on the tomato sauce and it's OK.
