Chocolate Naked Cake
Overview
Naked cakes are becoming popular. This is the first time I made them. It was chocolate drippings, bananas and yogurt were added. The taste is really rich. Sweet cream, sweet and sour fruit, you will fall in love with it once you try it. If you like it, do it. Ingredients: 4 eggs, 70g cake flour, 50g chocolate, 250ML whipping cream, 1 banana, 50g sugar, 30g butter, 50g yogurt. Decoration: 250ML whipping cream, appropriate amount of fruit

After preparing the ingredients, put the chocolate, butter, cocoa powder, and yogurt in a basin.

Melt in water and beat evenly.

Add the mashed banana and mix well.

Separate the yolks and whites from the eggs and add four yolks. Mix well.

Sift the flour twice and mix well.

Mixed chocolate paste.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar twice until they reach stiff peaks. Use a whisk to make the mixture form a short paste.

Add one-third of the protein paste and mix evenly.

Pour back into the egg white batter and mix in the same manner.

Pour the mixed egg batter into a six-inch mold and shake to remove large air bubbles. I also made 6 small cups.

Put it in the oven and heat it up and down to 150 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes, turn upside down after coming out of the oven, and remove from the mold when cool.

Whip the light cream, prepare the fruits, cut the cake into three slices, and top with the cream and fruits.
