Prepare the minced meat, you can marinate it or not! The taste will be better when marinated (if marinated, you can add some soy sauce, cooking wine, thirteen spices, etc.) I personally don’t like peppers that are too spicy, so I removed the tendons and seeds

Add oil and thirteen incense, put the peppers in and fry until the peppers are soft and take them out.

If you add oil, onions, garlic, and meat, stir-fry it, then add the chili peppers and stir-fry it, add soy sauce. If you like it softer, you can add a little water to simmer it for a while and add salt, and that’s it! This way both chili pepper and minced meat can taste delicious! I personally prefer eating this and don’t like putting minced meat in chili!
