Cut the green pepper into two halves, scoop out the core from the lower half, and divide the upper half into two halves. You can chop the middle ring part into small pieces.

Cut green peppers and onions into chunks, and cut cherry tomatoes in half.

Beat the eggs. Stir-fried. Drain the scrambled eggs and set aside.
