Rinse the suet and set aside!

Then cut into finger-sized pieces!

After the wok is hot, add the cut suet, and oil will come out while frying. Find a pot that is not afraid of heat and use a colander to filter the oil!

Squeeze out the suet until it is dry and then control the oil! As pictured!

Then wait until the lard is cool, pour it into a container, add some salt, and put it in the refrigerator!
