Carrot meatballs
Overview
Carrots are called 'little ginseng' which shows its nutritional value. But some people don’t like to eat it. I have bought meatballs in the supermarket and they are very popular with children. I will try making them today.

Squeeze the carrot juice and leave the residue, put it in a basin for later use, and drink the juice
