Garlic White Shrimp and Steamed Green Beans
Overview
I bought kidney beans and put them in the refrigerator, and then went to take care of my mother for a few days. When I came back, I found that the kidney beans seemed to be frozen. It may be that the temperature in the refrigerator compartment is too low (2 degrees). Wash, steam, and eat it. If it doesn't taste good, throw it away. I tried it and found it is no different from unfrozen kidney beans and can be eaten. However, I would like to remind my friends that the refrigeration temperature cannot be adjusted so low in the future.
