Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Take a pot and boil water, add some salt and cook for 3 minutes.

Remove the water and drain it, then heat it with oil in another pan.

Fry the potatoes in a pan over high heat until golden and crispy.

Add the sausage cut into small pieces and continue to stir-fry

Add cumin powder, chili powder, white sesame seeds, sugar, salt, and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
